Pastor Immaculée Mukandemezo shared a brief but powerful message reminding believers that many of the things they complain about are the very things others are praying to receive.
Preaching from Matthew 26:6–8, she reflected on the story of the woman who poured expensive perfume on Jesus in Bethany. While the disciples criticized the act as wasteful, Jesus described it as a beautiful work.
According to Pastor Immaculée [Mama Peninah], their reaction revealed dissatisfaction and a failure to recognize Jesus’ true worth.
She noted that many people today express frustration about their jobs, marriages, families, or life circumstances.
Some even fall into despair, forgetting that others long for the same opportunities and blessings. “What you are crying about is what someone else is crying for,” she emphasized.
From the passage, she highlighted two key lessons: learning contentment and understanding that Jesus knows and values every individual.
The woman honored Jesus with something precious because she remembered she had been forgiven and recognized His value.
Pastor Immaculée Mukandemezo, who serves in AEBR, encouraged believers to love Jesus wholeheartedly and trust Him to transform their lives and make their good works remembered.
