“Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.

For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto god. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto god through Jesus Christ our lord.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:8-11‬ ‭Kjv‬‬.

Dead with Christ and alive unto God through Jesus Christ

This is it, and finally we know and understand it clearly, that the true baptism must be done in the name of Jesus Christ, that it may be likened into his death, that it may be said of us that we died with Christ!

Any man that said he died with Christ Jesus, and yet was not dipped in water calling on the name of Jesus Christ has lied! for the bible is clear about this subject! dead with Christ means baptized in his name!

“Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:3-4‬ ‭Kjv‬‬

“Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto peter and to the rest of the Apostles, men and brethren, what shall we do? Then peter said unto them, repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:37-38‬ ‭Kjv‬‬.

Just as Christ died and rose again, we also are dipped and raised from water in his name, by what we get to die in him that died for us, but also we get to be resurrected again in him! by this we live by that very person who died and offered himself for our sins!

Just as our documents in heaven says that we died in Christ Jesus and are no longer guilty of our old sins, the same documents in heaven testify of our new lives in god by Jesus Christ in whom we were baptized! that likeness of baptism is a figure on the documents of heaven that all our debts were paid in full by Jesus Christ! now you see why faith must be followed by baptism in the name of Jesus Christ!

Promise

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever i have commanded you: and, lo, i am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. amen. Matthew 28:20 Kjv.

Prayer

Ask our heavenly father to give you a heart that is steadfast in what god has spoken, so much that you are willing to give up things for the sake of christ, that you may walk only according to the truth of the Gospel in Christ Jesus!.
