Currently in Rwanda, about 8,000 churches and mosques have been closed due to non-compliance with the guidelines set by the RGB Management Agency. One of the directives that continues to hit the leaders of some religions and churches is not to have a post-graduate degree in Theology, in order to break the chaos in the churches and fight heresy.

While religious people were worried about being harmed by the new law which stipulates that a person who wants to be a pastor or religion leader must have a University degree in Theology, having enough knowledge in management and administration, which is also often leads to shouting and rioting in the church, the Trinity Biblical Institute continues to be their solution.

Trinity For World Mission, through the Trinity Biblical Institute (TBI) continues to support pastors and evangelists in expanding their vocations and obtaining qualifications.
Not only this, but the TBI center came as a spiritual and physical solution where it provides health services in collaboration with private government agencies and hospitals. It is known to participate in various charitable activities.

Following the line of God’s Word, on July 17, 2024, for the people living in Mwendo Cell, Kigali Sector in Nyarugenge district, this Center did a charity work to treat the people for free. It is an event organized by Trinity Biblical Institute, a branch of Trinity Center World Mission, in collaboration with Mwendo Hospital located in Kigali Sector.

It is an event blessed by private government agencies where Madame Genevieve Uwamahoro, Deputy District Executive Administrator of Nyarugenge (DDEA), Christopher Ntirushwa, the Executive Secretary of the Kigali sector and the Director of Trinity Rwanda, Pastor Nehemiah Kwizera.

Among the activities carried out that day are the following diseases that are diagnosed: Diabetes, Blood Pressure and others which were treated free of charge. It is an operation carried out in collaboration with Nyarugenge Hospital which sent medical experts.

In the field of health, pregnant women are tested and encouraged to participate in the government’s family planning program. Some of the people living in the sector have expressed their appreciation for the Trinity Center, which has provided free services that many need, and they also appreciate the private sector of the government that has made them aware of the importance of health insurance (mutuelles de sante).

Speaking to the media, Nehemiah Kwizera, who currently represents the Trinity Institute in Rwanda in the field of law, said that this institute started working in Rwanda in 2017 where it first worked in famous buildings such as Alarm and later moved to buildings that were built by this institution with the aim of expanding activities and providing services to more people.

The Trinity Center For World Mission is home to the Trinity Biblical Institute, which is headquartered in the United States of America. In East and Central Africa, it is headquartered in Uganda. Currently, TCWM has opened centers in different countries in Uganda, Rwanda and Mobile centers in countries like Kenya and Burundi. Currently, Mr Doug Mc Nutt is the global head of the company.
