The trio of mother-siblings known as ’The Blessed Sisters’ have released a new single titled Ushobora Byose (You Can Do It All), and they talked more about it and what they have in store for the future.
The group, The Blessed Sisters, committed to spreading the gospel through music, consists of Peace Benedata, Rebecca Barinda and Dorcas Ashimwe, the three reunited and joined forces after almost a year of not appearing in music.
They were born in Nyagatare District and later moved to Gahini in Kayonza District in the Eastern Province, where they grew up and started their musical activities to preach the gospel of Christ.
Where they moved to Gahini is where they grew up and joined the EAR Gahini Church, and they are very popular in the songs that include "Araguhamagara", "Wahanze u Rwanda", "Arakiza", and others, which are added to this new video song called "Ushobora Byose."’
After the release of this new song Ushobora Byose (You Can Do It All), they had an interview with the media, announcing why they hadn’t released any music for almost a year, and the main reason was that they were busy with many responsibilities including taking care of their homes, children and work.
Barinda Rebecca said: “As parents, all of this takes a lot of time to get everything right.”
She went on to say where the name of the song ’Ushobora Byose’ came from: "It is because we ourselves are men to testify that God is capable of everything and does not fail."
She returned to the message it contains, saying: "This song contains a message to worship God, to humble Him in our hearts, to think that He is holy, and to join everything He has created to praise Him, that He is the only Lord."
These parents, who are currently based in the European continent, have told some of those who think that they will disappear from music again, saying: "No, they don’t deserve to have worries because the one who started a good work among us is the one who will finish it."
They addressed those who love their songs with the message contained in the Bible, in Psalm 91:14-16 where it says: "Because he loved me and worshiped me, I will bless him, I will exalt him because he knows my name." He will call on me and I will listen to him, I will be with him in troubles and disasters, I will save him and give him glory. I will satisfy him, And I will show him my salvation."
