Kigali to host an international conference bringing together Christians in business to advance God's Kingdom

As business continues to play a significant role in transforming the lives of individuals and communities, an international conference has been organized to bring together Christians involved in business, investment, and leadership to share knowledge and experiences.

The conference, known as the International Conference for Christians in Business, will be held under the theme “Kingdom Entrepreneurship: Transforming Nations Through Business.” The theme highlights how business can serve as a powerful tool for transforming nations.

The ICCB is an international gathering aimed at connecting, empowering, and inspiring Christians working in business and various professional sectors to use their work as a platform to advance the Kingdom of God. The conference is expected to bring together participants from across Africa and other parts of the world.

The vision of the conference is to create a global movement of Christian leaders in business who are committed to transforming economies, communities, and nations through leadership grounded in Kingdom values.

Its mission is to connect and equip Christian entrepreneurs and leaders at an international level by providing training, business and leadership knowledge, and global networking opportunities that will help them grow and sustain their enterprises.

The conference is expected to attract between 300 and 500 participants from Africa and other parts of the world. Attendees will include CEOs and senior executives, entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium-sized enterprises, start-up founders, investors and financial experts, Christian professionals and leaders from various sectors, church leaders interested in marketplace ministry, and young innovators involved in business and entrepreneurship.

Participants are expected to gain numerous benefits, including strengthening networks among Christian business leaders, learning how to build profitable and sustainable businesses, supporting evangelism through business, creating partnerships between leaders and investors at an international level, and understanding how business can serve as ministry, often referred to as “business as ministry.”

The conference will feature a variety of sessions and discussions covering topics such as biblical principles of business, Kingdom-based entrepreneurship, technology and innovation in business, strategies for expanding businesses internationally, integrating business with evangelism, leadership development for women and youth in business, as well as insights from global investors and experienced business leaders.

The event will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, at Saint Famille Hotel, from March 27 to March 30, 2026, starting each day at 9:00 AM CAT.

The conference is organized by Kingdom Missions Network Communities, led by Apostle Dr. Celestin Ngirabakunizi, who serves as the CEO and Chairperson of KMNC. It is organized in partnership with International Christian Business Network Alliances.

The conference will feature distinguished keynote speakers from across Africa and beyond. Among them are Slumber Tsogwane, Pastor Dr. Billy Yang, Senior Pastor of All Nations Disciple Church and President of the International Ministerial Alliance in South Korea, Dr. Cuthbert Ncube, and Rev Canon Dr. Antoine Rutayisire.

Other notable speakers include Robert Burale, Blaise Ntawukorere, Afi A. Y. Tessah, Claudine Rwabukwisi, Prof. Moses Oketch, Dr. Peter Gitonga, Dr. Angelina Tindi, Eunice Mutonyi, and Dr. Samuel Josephson, among many others.
