Rwandan gospel sensation Israel Mbonyi has been nominated for the prestigious title of Eastern Africa Artiste of the Year at the upcoming CLIMA AFRICA Awards 2025.
CLIMA AFRICA is one of the continent’s major music recognition platforms.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on October 5th, 2025 at The Maslow Hotel, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa. According to the official poster, the red carpet will start at 5:00 PM, with the main event kicking off at 7:00 PM.
Voting for the awards opened on July 1st and will close on August 31st, with fans encouraged to cast their votes through the official website: www.climaafrica.org.
