Divine Nyinawumuntu- From a regular singer to a purpose-driven worship minister, thanks to Trinity For Support
June 14, 2025 – In an exclusive interview with Paradise, Rwandan gospel artist Divine Nyinawumuntu opened up about her music journey, her partnership with TFS (Trinity For Support), and how that collaboration has transformed her calling and career.
“I started in 2022, but TFS changed everything”
When asked when her journey began, Divine replied: “I started in 2022. I officially started working with TFS in 2023, though we were already collaborating before that. But it was in 2023 that we entered into full management.”
Before joining the label, Divine described herself as a casual singer with no structured artistic path. But under TFS’s guidance, she found purpose and direction: “Before TFS, I was just a singer. But now I’m truly an artist. The label changed so much about how I work—I now read the Bible more often to find the right message to give to people through my songs.”
Her mission, she explains, is clear: “My uniqueness lies in comforting people and leading them back to Christ through my music.”
After ‘Lahayiloyi’, what’s next?
Following the success of her recent song ‘Lahayiloyi’, Divine is already preparing new material: “There’s a new song coming that shows the incredible love God has for us—a love that compels us to love Him back because we are His children, and He gave us His Son.”
She also revealed that she currently has three new songs in post-production, all of which are in the process of having music videos filmed. These upcoming releases are expected to strengthen her ministry even more and reach a wider audience.
TFS: A New Powerhouse in Rwandan Gospel Music
Established in 2023, Trinity For Support (TFS) is a faith-driven label that has become a catalyst for excellence in the Rwandan gospel music industry. Its impact has been especially felt through the successful promotion of at least ten major gospel songs that have reached wide audiences both locally and internationally.
TFS was founded with a clear mission: to empower Gospel artists by providing them with high-quality music production, professional video direction, and modern-day promotional strategies. Through strong social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, X, and more), TFS has shortened the turnaround time for video releases—one of the biggest challenges artists used to face.
Led by CEO Evangelist Frodouard Uwifashije, the label brought in Mugisha Patient For Sure, a renowned Burundian video producer and head of Focus Studio, to boost production standards. He works in close partnership with Unlimited Record, ensuring that TFS artists get both quality visuals and timely releases.
In addition, Rambert Mugisha, the director of Kigali Connect, joined TFS to strengthen their digital presence and innovation across platforms.
Why Artists Trust TFS
Beyond logistics and promotion, TFS is committed to spiritual and artistic development. Its artists are encouraged not only to sing but to minister. Divine Nyinawumuntu, known for songs like ‘Urugendo’, ‘Irembo’, and ‘Lahayiloyi’, is one of the best examples of what TFS can nurture—talent with purpose.
The label doesn’t just aim to create hits. It cultivates voices that inspire, comfort, and lead souls toward God. “Working with TFS means you don’t just grow—you flourish in your purpose,” Divine added.
TFS Vision: Gospel Music With a Mission
TFS is more than a label; it is a ministry. It aims to uplift the quality of Gospel music while preserving its spiritual essence. The label creates a space where Gospel artists can thrive with dignity, impact society, and spread the Good News globally.
“If you’re a Gospel artist looking for serious growth, lasting quality, and a platform that values ministry over fame—TFS is the team you want behind you.”
