In a message shared with their followers, the duo said they were excited to reveal that the song is nearing release and that they believe it will touch many hearts.

“We are happy to announce that our new song ‘Ibanga’ will be released soon. It is a song of encouragement for those who trust in God, reminding them that they have a Protector who is never defeated. We believe you will love it, because we ourselves are eagerly waiting for it,” they said.

Alicia and Germaine explained that the song is centered on faith in God and trusting Him in every season of life.

“Those who believe in Him walk differently; we carry a secret with us. We will not be shaken because we lean on the Mighty One. We are protected by the Great Rock,” they added.

“Ibanga” follows a series of songs that have already made the duo well known among Gospel music listeners, including “Ibendera,” “Ihumure,” “Ndahiriwe,” “Rugaba,” “Uriyo,” “Urufatiro,” and “Wa Mugabo.” These songs were recently added to MTN Caller Tunez, allowing fans to use them as their caller tunes.

Although the official release date for “Ibanga” has not yet been announced, the artists say it will be available soon and are encouraging Gospel music lovers to stay tuned.
