Pastor Jacques Bagaza is one of the most popular Gospel artist. He is known for the songs "Ndashima Umwami Yesu", "Nshoboza Mwami", "Ndagarutse" and others, then now he released a new video song "Warakoze" which is full of praise from his heart.

Pastor Jacques Bagaza lives in Dallas-Fort Worth in the United States of America and has been there for a long time. He also performs as a soloist and pastor as one of the Lead Pastors of Zion Temple Dallas. The song "Ndagarutse (I’m back)" was his debut as a solo artist 4 years ago.

He has just released a new song called "Warakoze (Thank You)" written because of "the moments of gratitude that were in his heart, especially what Jesus did for him, he thought about it again and it was overwhelming him". He said, "It’s true that I don’t know what else to give to God. In real life, God has done great things. I don’t know how to explain it."

He said that it is very precious that Jesus Christ gave himself to come to earth to save people. He says that it makes him give full glory to God for what he has done saying: "I am glad that he gave us his son Jesus Christ to come and take away all our sins".

Among his upcoming musical projects is a concert where he will shoot videos for his new songs, however he did not reveal when that would take place. "I plan to keep putting out new songs that will be done live recording soon," he says.

Pastor Bagaza says that singing to God is his gift. "I’m usually a hymn writer, I’ve been at it for a long time and it’s a gift from God," he said. He also revealed what he focuses on when writing songs.

He said, "I like to focus but especially on songs that talk about the beauty of God, the strength of God, the glory of God, where God has taken us, His greatness, His goodness that is Praise and worship, worshiping Him and praising Him, talking about God’s outstanding, those are what I focus on in my songs."

Pastor Bagaza takes a model in music from Apostle Gitwaza, especially because he was the one who gave birth to him spiritually, raised him and trained him a lot, especially in worshiping God. He said "Apostle (Gitwaza) is my role model, he is my spiritual father, I learn a lot from him;

He is the one who gave birth to me in a spiritual way, takes care of me, trains me, and is my role model, in worshiping God he is the one I learn from. This is a good worshiper, even if he is not on stage, he worships God every time, but he does it well, and he knows what worshiping God is. He is my favorite singer, I learn from him and he trains me in many ways, especially in the meaning of worshiping God.
