The most popular artists in Rwanda’s Gospel songs, have come together to release a song for the concert that called ’Rwanda Shima Imana’ which will be held at the Amahoro Stadium.
This is a song called Rwanda Shima Imana or Turaje, which is on Chryso Ndasingwa’s YouTube channel and many others channels, it was collaborated by the following artists: Chriso Ndasingwa, Aime Uwimana, Israel Mbonyi, Rene Patrick, Tonzi, Gaby Kamanzi, Prosper Nkomezi, J Irimbere, Ben & Chance and James & Daniella.
One of its verse they sing and say: "Praise and honor are yours, Lord your lighted up our ways in the dark, and you didn’t let us fall down. Let the songs of our homeland, dances and poems speak for your works.”
This song is released just a few days before there is a big concert in Rwanda to praise God for what he has done for Rwanda. PEACE PLAN, the organizer of this concert, announced that it will be held on September 29, 2024 from 2:00 PM, at the Amahoro Stadium located in the City of Kigali.
Rwanda Shima Imana Festival is a great event with special value because it will be following the presidential election that was held in peace and freedom, emphasizing another step that Rwanda has taken in the process of rebuilding itself.
This concert which is going to be held after 5 years, is a great opportunity for Rwandans to gather together and thank God "for the many good things the Country has achieved in the last 30 years after the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994".
This event will bring together leaders in the public, private and religious sectors as well as people of all walks of life, in thanksgiving to God for the peace, security, and economic development the Country has today. Christian church leaders and renowned artists will lead the event in heartfelt worship and thanksgiving.
PEACE PLAN RWANDA has organized this concert which makes many people very curious. They expressed that they organized this year’s concert to celebrate the good things God has done for Rwandans because "2024 marks 30 years of peace and extraordinary development in Rwanda.
Rwanda Shima Imana 2024 was organized in collaboration with PEACE PLAN and Rwanda Leaders Fellowship. PEACE PLAN RWANDA which organizes it, was founded by a friend of Rwanda, Pastor Rick Warren, who leads the Saddleback Church in the United States.
