Jacques Worshipper Releases New Powerfully Song “I Will Exalt You” Featuring Fidelie & Claudine

Jacques Worshipper, a Rwandan gospel artist, has officially released the music video for his latest song, “I Will Exalt You”, featuring Fidelie & Claudine.

This song marks another milestone in his music career as he continues to spread the gospel through worship and praise.

This new release comes after his EP “Arise and Shine”, which includes seven tracks, though only a few have been made available on YouTube so far. Jacques Worshipper, who fellowships at ADEPR Nyarugenge, is still growing in his ministry as a gospel artist, but his passion for worship remains evident in his music.

In this song, the voices of Fidelie and Claudine can be heard. Explaining why he chose them, Jacques Worshipper said:
"Fidelie and Claudine and I met in secondary school, where we shared a passion for worshiping God.

They are talented singers with a great testimony. I thought of them because they have experience and dedication in worship, and their unique vocal quality perfectly matched this song."

In an exclusive interview with Paradise, Jacques Worshipper shared the inspiration behind “I Will Exalt You”, saying:
"I wrote this song after having a vision in the middle of the night. I found myself singing it, and I also saw Bible verses that formed part of its lyrics, including Psalms 145:1, Psalms 63:1, and Isaiah 12:4. It came to me as a mission from God, just like in Isaiah 12:4, where it speaks of proclaiming the Lord’s praise among the nations, making known His greatness."

The lyrics of “I Will Exalt You” are deeply rooted in scripture, emphasizing worship, thanksgiving, and the greatness of God. The song calls on believers to proclaim the Lord’s name among the nations and exalt Him in worship, a theme that aligns with Jacques Worshipper’s vision of spreading the gospel worldwide.

Lyrics Highlights
The chorus powerfully declares:

"I will exalt you, Lord
With songs of melody
I’ll worship your Holy name."
It also echoes Isaiah 12:4:
"Give your praise to the Lord
Proclaim His Holy name
Make it known among the nations
And shout that His name is exalted."

Biblical Foundation of the Song
The song is inspired by key scriptures that emphasize worship and devotion to God, including:
• Psalms 145:1 – “I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name forever and ever.”
• Psalms 69:30 – “I will praise God’s name in song and glorify Him with thanksgiving.”
• Isaiah 12:4 – “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim His name; make known among the nations what He has done, and proclaim that His name is exalted.”
• Psalms 95:6 – “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.”
