Thousands Gather at BK Arena for ‘12 Hours in His Presence' and the Grand Closing of 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

Kigali, February 2, 2025 – BK Arena was transformed into a place of worship and divine encounter as thousands of believers gathered for the highly anticipated ‘12 Hours in His Presence’ and the grand closing of 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.

This Sunday service hosted by Apostle Mignonne Kabera, saw families and individuals united in worship, prayer, and fasting. Attendees from across Rwanda and beyond—including members of the Rwandan diaspora—came together, seeking a deeper connection with God.

A Night of Worship and Spiritual Renewal
Throughout the night, the atmosphere at BK Arena was filled with heartfelt prayers, soul-stirring worship, and transformative messages.

The powerful presence of God was tangible as Burundian gospel singer Pastor Lopez Nininahazwe led the congregation in anointed worship, lifting spirits and touching hearts.

The renowned worship group Precious Stone (PS) also delivered an unforgettable performance, ensuring that every song, every harmony, was dedicated to God’s glory.

The theme for this year’s 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting was "A Year of Divine Craving for Christ," inspired by Daniel 10:12:

"Then he continued, ’Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them.’" (Daniel 10:12)
Impact Beyond Borders

The 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, organized by Noble Family Church and Women Foundation Ministries, drew participants from various countries. Many international attendees traveled to Rwanda specifically for this spiritual retreat, contributing to the country’s economy while deepening their faith.

Testimonies poured in from those who experienced personal transformation, healing, and breakthroughs during the event. Among them was Solange Nathalie More, a Belgium-based gospel singer known as "Mukobwa wa Yesu" (Daughter of Jesus), who shared how these gatherings have strengthened her faith and fulfilled many promises in her life.

Women Foundation Ministries: A Legacy of Worship
Women Foundation Ministries, led by Apostle Mignonne Kabera, is known for organizing life-changing events that attract thousands of believers.

Last year, they hosted the 7 Days of Worship, featuring renowned Rwandan gospel artists such as Simon Kabera, David Nduwimana, Alex Dusabe, Rene Patrick & Tracy, and Precious Stone. Themed “Make It Known” (Habakkuk 3:2), the event encouraged believers to spread the message of God’s greatness.

Additionally, the ministry hosted the All Women Together 2024 conference, a global gathering of over 10,000 women, including 1,200 attendees from nearly 50 countries. Gospel legend Sinach, whose song Way Maker is one of the most-watched gospel songs globally, was among the featured worship leaders.

The Service was also graced by notable figures such as Rwanda’s Minister of Sports, Aurore Mimosa Munyangaju, and Dr. Murangira B. Thierry, spokesperson for the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB).

A Divine Encounter to Remember
As the ‘12 Hours in His Presence’ and 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting came to a close, many left BK Arena spiritually refreshed, empowered, and ready to walk boldly in faith. With Apostle Mignonne Kabera’s message of divine breakthrough, the congregation was reminded that the anointing leads believers to places they could never reach on their own.

For those unable to attend in person, the entire event was broadcast live on the Women Foundation Ministries YouTube channel, allowing thousands more to participate virtually.

This powerful gathering reaffirmed that Rwanda continues to be a hub of spiritual revival, where believers from all walks of life can come together to seek God’s presence and witness His mighty works.
