Pastor Paddy Musoke Launches Two Books "The Science & Art of Servant Leadership" and "Mon Travail, Mon Ministère"

The global senior Pastor of Trinity Tabernacle, Pastor Paddy Musoke, unveiled two books "The Science & Art of Servant Leadership" and "Mon Travail, Mon Ministère", at a celebratory event attended by notable figures.

These notable figures such as Amb. Charles Murigande, Pastor Juliene Kabanda, Gedeon Rudahunga, founder of Rwanda Leaders Fellowship, and Chryso Ndasingwa, who also performed during the occasion, among others attended.

On Saturday, November 23, 2024, Serena Hotel hosted the launch of Pastor Paddy Musoke’s two books: "The Science & Art of Servant Leadership" and "Mon Travail, Mon Ministère."

The book "Mon Travail, Mon Ministère" is a vision he received 14 years ago, originally written as "My Work, My Ministry" and later translated into French as "Mon Travail, Mon Ministère." This book contains teachings focused on salvation and was highlighted by Rizikhi from Kenya, Pastor Christella Igiraneza, and Gedeon Rudahunga.

Rizikhi emphasized the importance of parents teaching their children to read and write books, as books are a source of historical knowledge. He gave the example of the Bible, which provides clarity, wisdom, and insight into God’s will for those who read and understand it.

The second book, "The Science & Art of Servant Leadership," focuses on leading by serving others, following the example of Jesus, who served people rather than being served. Aloysius Kiiza remarked that the changes God desires to bring to the world will come through exemplary leaders.

He urged everyone to purchase the book, not just to keep it but to read it thoroughly. He encouraged readers to start from the first chapter and proceed to the last, as each chapter is like a book on its own.

Pastor Juliene Kabanda of Grace Room commended Pastor Paddy Musoke, whom she has known for 26 years, as a man dedicated to his faith and a leader full of spiritual guidance.
Dr. Joel Bazira also encouraged people to read the book, stating that while it educates leaders on servant leadership, it also highlights the importance of followers respecting their leaders.

Pastor Paddy Musoke expressed his gratitude to his family for their unwavering support and significant role in helping him achieve his dream of writing books that guide others toward exemplary leadership as desired by God.

Pastor Paddy Blessed Musoke, a civil engineering graduate who has dedicated his life to spreading the Gospel through various means, including writing, noted, "For me, writing books is a ministry. I don’t write from my own thoughts; I write messages God gives me."

With 30 years of ministry experience, Pastor Musoke observed that many marriages and families are breaking down due to poor leadership styles. He believes that if biblical leadership principles were applied effectively in families, churches, and governments, they could bring about tremendous positive changes in society.
