This event, which was held on the day of the community work, left 5 people who received salvation, their families were paid for the insurance in medical treatment by CityLight Foursquare Church which was represented by Bishop Prof. Dr. Fidele Masengo, accompanied by some members of the executive council of this Church and Christians.

It is an activity attended by the Security Service in Kinyinya Sector, the representatives of the cells, and the representatives of the villages.

Paradise went to this well of Ngaruyinka which built on time according to the people who participated in this community, talking to some of those who were there. This well consists of 4 water pipes, which are built with a mixture of stones, cement and sand enough, and have a place where the people can stand when they come to fetch so that there is no damage.

Also, it has stairs that help people get to and from the well easily. Before pouring the cement, a bag is used to prevent water from entering the floor, and it is surrounded by grass, which is considered to be anti-erosive.

When Paradise talked to Mr. Remy Ndikubwimana, a guard in the Ngaruyinka swamp, he said that this well solved some problems, saying: "This well solved the problem of lacking water, because there used to be a one water pipe. The people used to fight over this pipe, but for now it has been solved. This well has solved the problem of students being late for school because of many people come to fetch water her."

Another mother, who declined to be mentioned by the name, said that this well helped people without water in their homes to get clean water. He added that even those who have water living in Kagugu, Batsinda and Camp Zaire areas, when water is missing, it is easier for them to find a place to water.

The spokesperson of the Foursquare Church in Rwanda, Bishop Prof Dr. Fidele Masengo, said that the idea to build this well came after realizing that the area has a water problem, with the help of the Kinyinya sector management. He said that after visiting the area and finding that the people were watering in the mud, and they only had one well, that made them decide to put a well there.

When asked about the value of this well that will be used to water more than 3,000 people as confirmed by the keeper of this well, he said it is in the millions. Also, he said that the people who participated in the community were able to see Christ in the water they were given. He concluded by asking the people to take care of the well.

Kinyinya Sector Executive, Mr. Havuguziga Charles, highly praised the CityLight Foursquare Church for its efforts to bring water to the people. He told the congregation that Mount Rwankuba is going to become Jerusalem, and he said that the leader of the Foursquare Church is the spirit of God who led him to Rwankuba.

After installation of this well, there was a community meeting. Bishop Prof Dr Fidele Masengo took the opportunity to preach the word of God, using John 4:6, he explained the importance of water.

He said that this is a well of water that quenches thirst, adding that Christ is the fountain that quenches thirst as he told the Samaritan. After this speech, 5 people received salvation.
After this well, the church plans to go to the Kamonyi well located at Ruyenzi, at Kamuhanda.
