Exclusive: Meet Charline Prazen Chikomo the Founder and C.E.O of the 'DUCE Leadership Initiative'-VIDEO

Charline Prazen Chikomo is the Founder and C.E.O. of the DUCE Leadership Initiative. This organization seeks to raise a generation of highly impactful leaders by bridging the gap between schools and the communities in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Rwanda.

Charline Prazen Chikomo graduated from the African Leadership University with a First Class Degree in Global Challenges with a multi-disciplinary mission in education, governance, and economics, "bridging the gap between education and economic development in developing nations."

He is also admitted to Harvard Graduate School of Education for a Master’s in Educational Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations. Charline is also working with Forbes world’s number one company in social entrepreneurship, Ashoka, as a Global Consultant in charge of the Youth Ventures Program and Peer to Peer, helping young people become changemakers and changemaker makers.

He has also served in the Youth Parliament of Zimbabwe as a Member of the parliament. He is also one of the 100 top-performing and problem-solving scholars selected for the Mandela Centennial Scholarship to work on tackling the continent’s challenges.

Charline has also won several awards, namely the Africa Opportunities Award, United Nations Excellence in Leadership and Sustainability Ambassadorship Award, Young Entrepreneur of the year award, and young African educator of the year. Charline is also a speaker, author, mentor, and entrepreneur.

In an exclusive interview with Miss ALU 2021 Parfine Amizero on Paradise Tv, Charline Prazen Chikomo also known as DUCE of Africa, told us more about his orgnization "DUCE Leadership Initiative" and how to bridge the gap between schools and the communities in Africa.

He explained how Africa’s youth and students can switch from job seekers to job creators because "the table of greatness doesn’t have an invitation card to anyone who dosn’t have something great to bring to that table".
