Evangelist Dr. Dana Morey continued the Miracle Gospel Celebration Crusades in Kamuli District from Pallisa in Uganda. By bringing him to the ground where the crusades will be held, the Pre-Crusade Jesus’ March was held.
According to a post on the Facebook page of A Light to the Nations, a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded by Dana Morey, who is organizing the crusades, they wrote:
“As the pastors welcome Evangelist Dana Morey in Kamuli followed by Pre-Crusade Jesus’ March around Kamuli!
‘…awesome as an army with banners’, the Church of Christ marched victoriously through the streets of the city, led by the Police and a leading brass band! There was singing and shouts of joy that caused businesses to be on a standstill as a unified body of believers headed to the Crusade Ground!
The March was followed by fire and fury, the passion and groans as different Pastors took the stage to cry out to God to save their city and souls of men in the coming few days of the Kamuli Miracle Gospel Celebration.” This happened on October 17, 2024, one day before the actual crusades.
The Miracle Gospel Celebration in Kamuli started on Friday, October 18, 2024, and will end on Sunday, October 20, 2024 three days later.
From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (in the morning) as happened in Pallisa District where he last held crusades from October 11-13, there was a training, Bold Faith Conference, intended for local believers to strengthen their faith.
Among the lessons they received were:
“Faith is something we do because of something we believe in our hearts
Faith requires actions when you believe deeply in your heart because faith without actions is dead.
A little child has simple faith in his father because of the relationship that they have but also because he has seen his father’s love care and constant attention. That’s the kind of faith God requires of us. Simple childlike faith.
True faith must be in something or someone and the object of Christian faith is God and His promises. We proclaim God’s good and all the time but we hardly believe it. We just say it with absolutely no conviction at all.”
The main crusade is being holding from 14:00 to 19:00. There is a raffle, where all participants have a chance to win a TV, Goat, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Smartphone, Refrigerator and various other things like what happened in Pallisa.
