Rubavu: Bethlehem Choir Set to Make a Comeback with New Song ‘Yesu Gusa'

Bethlehem Choir ADEPR Gisenyi has announced that it is set to release a new song titled “Yesu Gusa,” a special gospel project the choir says carries a powerful message that will touch the hearts of many.

The renowned choir has been relatively quiet when it comes to releasing new music in recent times, but it is now making a comeback with fresh projects for its loyal audience.

The first song they have announced is “Yesu Gusa,” a worship song centered on the Christian belief that Jesus Christ is the mediator between believers and God and the true way that leads them to the Father.

In a message shared on Instagram, Bethlehem Choir said: “We have a new song for you, ‘Yesu Gusa,’ coming soon. It is a beautiful and special song carrying a powerful message for the life of every believer.

It reminds us that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between us and God, because He is the true Way that leads us to our Father.”

The choir has encouraged its followers to continue following its activities on YouTube through its channel, BETHLEHEM CHOIR ADEPR GISENYI, so they can be among the first to watch the song once it is released.

A choir with 62 years of ministry

Bethlehem Choir has a long history in Rwanda’s gospel music scene. For the past 62 years, the choir has used music and ministry to spread the Christian message, releasing various songs that have been well received by gospel music lovers.

The choir is affiliated with ADEPR Gisenyi in Rubavu District, Western Province, and remains one of the longstanding gospel choirs in the country.

Bethlehem Choir promises more at “Imana Iratsinze” concert

The announcement of “Yesu Gusa” comes as Bethlehem Choir prepares to minister at the highly anticipated “Imana Iratsinze” concert organized by Jehovah Jireh Choir.

The two-day event is scheduled to take place at Stade Umuganda in Rubavu on August 22 and 23, 2026, bringing together gospel music lovers for worship, praise and preaching.

Bethlehem Choir President Prince Mahoro told Paradise that the choir has much more in store for its fans who will attend the concert.

He said: “Let us build anticipation among our fans. There are beautiful songs carrying the message of Christ, especially songs that will remind our fans of those beautiful moments and leave them spiritually refreshed. For those who have not yet received Christ, it will be something truly special.”

Bethlehem Choir has therefore urged its followers to get ready for the release of “Yesu Gusa.” Although the choir has not yet announced the exact release date, it has already started promoting the song and encouraging its audience to look forward to the new project.

With its long history of ministry and a new wave of music on the way, Bethlehem Choir appears ready to reconnect with its audience and deliver a fresh message through gospel music.
